Bardmoor Tennis Academy is
home to many of the best juniors ranked in the United States.

George has trained with
Maria for the past nine years. He won the Florida State Junior
Tournament in the 10’s and finished in the top ten in the boys National
18’s in 2005. George has won USTA national Balls in singles as well as
in doubles. George will be attending University of Michigan in the
fall of 2006 on a tennis scholarship. Maria says, “George has an
unbelievable talent. He will become an even greater tennis player in
the next few years.”
Julia has been with Maria at
the Bardmoor Tennis Academy for the past three years. Julia was
runner-up at the 2005 Florida State Championships in the 12's and
under. She is currently ranked #15 in the United States in the 12’s and
finished fourth at the Spring Nationals. She also placed fourth in
doubles at the Clay Courts in July. “Julia is improving every day;
she is physically getting stronger and working very hard and maturing as
a tennis player. Julia has a good future in tennis,” adds Maria.
Alexandra is Coach Maria’s
daughter. She is currently ranked #1 in Florida in the 14's and #3 in
the 16's and under. Nationally she is ranked 12 in the 14’s and #24 in
the 16’s. Alex started playing tennis at Bardmoor Tennis Academy when
she was six. Alex has won three USTA National balls and is looking
forward to winning more in the near future. Maria says, “Alex is
very strong physically and has trained hard to really improve this
year. She thrives on competition."
